Insurance Appeal Denied

I got a letter from my insurance company on Saturday 5/25/19 and just as I expected, it was denied. However, there are still more options for me to take from here. It seems like they keep trying to put me under reproductive service, and this is not what I am trying to do. They should be filing and billing it under their transgender health policy.
The letter stated what materials were reviewed in making the decision, and 3 of my support letters were not even included. The letter also stated that it would not cover consultations, evaluations, and laboratory tests for Reproductive services. BUT, I had my PA to go see Dr. Lannon approved by my insurance. I also had the majority of my consultation covered by my insurance. Also, my lab test (blood work) was partially covered by insurance. My ultrasound that was ordered by Dr. Lannon was also covered by insurance. The birth control pills that were ordered by Boston IVF ( and what are continuing to make my chest lumps bigger and more sore) are completely paid for by insurance.
So we're going to try again. Maybe 3rd times a charm...
