Binding

I got all of my binders from gc2b. I highly recommend this company. I received my binders within a week of my order date, and they were (if I remember correctly, they were in discrete packaging) made of very durable material. They were also reasonably priced, about $30 per binder. Here's a link to their official website: https://www.gc2b.co . Please, please, please do not use ace bandages for binding, this is extremely dangerous. Also, just a reminder that you should try not to excessively wear your binder (more than 12 hours), anything up to 8-10 hours at a time is fine. It's also important to stretch and take deep breaths after wearing your binder. If you have a smaller chest, you could even use KT-tape instead of a binder. If you are planning on swimming, I have heard that Underworks has some great swimming binders. Attached you can see an early transition picture of me.
