Harvard Pilgrim Denied

Turns out, a person sitting behind a desk, reading some file, actually knows you and your entire life and gets to decide what's best for you. The nurse care manager at Harvard Pilgrim denied my claim/request for authorization (I'm not sure which, all I know is, after being told that they would cover it, now suddenly they don't want to anymore.). I even spoke to a member services rep that we spoke to last week and she didn't even really acknowledge the fact that she said it would be covered. I'm honestly starting to feel discriminated against. I already started to feel hopeless and like I was being pushed around, so this is just another way to kick me while I'm down I suppose.
